What to expect in this course
This workshop includes the main practice of Tai Yi Swimming Dragon Walking Gong and the supplementary practice of Qin Quan's Walking Practices - Dragon Tiger Walking and Miraculous Dragon Fully Revealing
You will spend the first two weeks going though the Walking Gong form and learning the details and spend the third week refining the form in practice and add some Qin Quan Walking Practices.

Day 3&4: Section 2 Forward Walking & Backward Walking
Day 5: Review Section 1&2, Qin Quan exercise 1
Day 6: Section 3 Forward Walking (left)
Day 7: Section 3 Forward Walking (right)
Day 8: Section 3 Backward Walking
Day 9: Review Section 3
Day 10: Section 4 & Review Section 1-3
Day 11-15: Refinement of the form, Qin Quan Exercise 2
