and Abdominal Qi Healing

(You may concurrently enroll into the prerequisite courses as well as this intensive practice day.)

This is a 1-day Online Silent Retreat for receiving and giving Te Yi healing and for deepening the Microcosmic Orbit Qigong practice of the Heavenly Essence Qigong lineage,

Microcosmic Orbit Qigong is considered the Daoist Human Immortal Gong, part of Daoist internal alchemy practice. Sword Finger Stance is one of the most essential practices in life preservation in HEQ system. Traditionally 100 days foundation building is considered crucial.

Session I: Pacific Time (6:00am - 8:30am)

6:00am - 6:40am     Silent Chanting Ba De Ba Nian & Meditation

6:45am - 7:15am     Abdominal Qi Healing Massage

7:30am – 8:30am    Dynamic Qigong (Golden Pyramid Stance)

Breakfast Break (8:30am - 10:00am)

Session II: (10:00am -1:00pm)

10:00am - 10:30am  Nourishing Qi Meditation

10:45am – 11:15am Qi Push-ups and Using the Sound to Open Arm Meridians (15min each)

11:15am - 11:45am Using the Sound to Open the Orbit Meditation

11:50am - 1:00pm Te Yi Group Healing (35min each Receiving/Giving Healing)

Lunch and Afternoon Break (1:00 - 4:00pm)

Session III: (4:00pm - 6:00pm)

4:00pm – 4:40pm     Nourishing Qi Meditation (Sitting or Standing)

4:55pm – 5:30pm     Esoteric Method for Opening the Orbit for Others

(15min each)

5:30pm – 6:00pm   Closing
